"Used for driving concrete or stub nails -- (nail heads must be 3/8" dia. or larger). Tool body hardened and tempered for hard driving. 6" long, 1/2" dia. at magnetized end. Alnico insert. Tool steel body." (per catalogue: May 1, 1954)
