The following information is from:

"Used by professional fishermen for clams, guahogs, and other shellfish, the DREW Eagle Claw clam rake has eleven pointed times which are bent into a claw shape and welded securely into a cast steel handle. Each tine is forged from 1/4" square alloy tool steel and the entire assembly is heat treated after welding. This rake will last a lifetime." (per catalogue: June 1968)
