"Also called a Scaling Hammer, this well balanced tool is used for removing old paint, scale, and rust from decks, hull, ladders, boilers, etc. The double ended head is designed to get into tight corners and around cleats, stanchions and the other hard-to-get trouble spots that invariably rust first.
